11 May Youth Week Tell A Story
Our Youth Week committee is looking for video submissions for their ‘Tell a Story Day’ project. Whether it’s funny, deep, or passionate, submit a 1-3 minute long video of something that made you happy or brought happiness to someone else to youthofyyc@gmail.com. We’ll make a compilation video that highlights them all here and on our Youth of YYC project page. The deadline is May 18th.
This contest is a joint effort with Youth Central’s #GetHappyProject. Whether it is holding banners on a pedestrian bridge or handing out hot chocolate on a cold day, that project has aimed to explore the meaning and message of happiness to fellow youth. Sharing youth stories has been a goal this year, and this is yet another way we can do that; remember that it starts with you.
