A day of learning, connection and inspiration!
Youth are powerful catalysts for positive change, strengthening our communities today and shaping a brighter tomorrow. This one-of-a-kind YVC experience brings local youth together to connect, grow, and engage in workshops that inspire leadership and community care. The day will feature talks, tours, activities, and a celebration of local youth.

9:30am – 11:00am – Choice between three workshops:

- Youth Employment Centre – Interview Prep
- BEAM yoga/meditation
11:00am – 12:00pm – Choice between two workshops:
- Lilypad Learning – Turn Your Cents Into Sense
- YouthSMART – Stress Management & Healthy Coping
12:00pm – 1:00pm – Pizza lunch! This is included in your ticket cost
1:00pm – 2:00pm – Choice between three workshops:
- Green Calgary Workshop
- YouthSMART – Skills for Being There
- Youth Central Alumni Panel
2:00pm – 3:15pm – Mustard Seed – Make Your Way interactive poverty simulation workshop
