Since 2005, the Calgary Cinderella Project celebrates the achievements of aspiring graduates as we fit them for a graduation dress, accessories, and personal care items.
For many students, the path to high school graduation can be a challenging one. The Calgary Cinderella Project exists to meet the growing need for graduates to complete their high school requirements and attend their graduation celebration in the dress of their dreams, regardless of social or financial circumstance. We create an environment of respect so that each student can feel proud to participate in their graduation along with their peers.
Upon arrival, our graduates are matched with Godmothers who assist them through this exciting process. With the encouragement and support of Godmothers, these students can be themselves and feel comfortable no matter what their circumstances are. We believe that graduation is a significant milestone that should be celebrated.

“It’s been 5 days since my Cinderella experience and I’m still telling anyone who’d listen. I wish everyone could experience more moments like these. I was paired with fairy godmothers who helped me find my perfect dress and its perfect accessories. The experience was fun and exciting. I have the most amazing dress ever and I’m looking forward to graduating. Thanks to The Cinderella Project.” – Graduate
